The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy applies to all RMA requests submitted by customers. The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days after the issued date. If EFCO Product is returned after the valid period, please apply a new RMA number. Any of EFCO Product returned without a valid RMA number will not be processed and such product will be returned to the customer at customer's cost. The method of return shipping shall be either “COD” or “Freight Collect” and it shall be chosen subject to EFCO’s discretion.

In Warranty Service

For the RMA returned goods meet with warranty condition, all costs of repair service in connection with labor and/or material cost will be free of charge. EFCO will pay the outbound shipping cost back to customer and customer shall pay for all incoming shipment cost.

Non-Warranty Service

If the returned goods are categorized as Non-Warranty, the appropriate inspection and diagnostic fee will be applied. The repair service rendered as a result will be subject to service charge. EFCO will provide quotation for customer’s approval before rendering repair. The cost of incoming and outbound shipping shall be paid by the customer. For any Non-Warranty repair Service, it is not a guarantee that the returned goods can be repaired or replaced.

Returned goods with No Problem Found 

In case the EFCO Product received is examined as NPF(No Problem Found)within the EFCO Warranty Period, customer shall be responsible for the shipping cost of both trips and inspection fee.

RMA Procedure

To receive a valid RMA number, please follow below process to complete the RMA procedure,

  • Please contact EFCO Customer Service Dept by email to request the RMA Form.

  • Fill in the detail failure description on the RMA Form (EFCO Doc# FM8517) and email the completed RMA Form with photo or any support documents to EFCO Customer Service Dept.

  • EFCO Customer Service Dept will issue an RMA number after the contents of RMA Form are verified.

  • Customer shall pack and ship the RMA products to EFCO after the RMA number is received.

  • Returned goods shall be delivered to the EFCO Customer Service Dept in Taiwan as below:

  • The RMA number must be marked on the shipping document and shipping carton.

  • Returning products with no RMA number will be deemed as inevitable delay or incidence of lost property.

  • Customer is responsible for the proper packaging of products returning in order to prevent any damage during transportation.

  • All EFCO Products are electrostatic sensitive devices and must be packaged accordingly when being returned. Any of product is received without ESD protection, it will be returned to customer at customer’s cost without process.
